Chardonnay 55% and Pinot Nero 45% R.S.: 1,5 – 2 gr/lt This Reserve refines at length on yeasts, finally finding its fulfilment in the Pas Dosé version, the most natural expression of Franciacorta. Of pale yellow colour with golden nuances, the fragrance is elegant and enveloping, complex on the palate, ample and of great personality. This wine well accompanies dishes with important flavour.
