Bolognese Bundle

Riccardo’s Bolognese is made with L-O-V-E and all the best ingredients: a mix of carrots, onion, garlic, peeled tomatoes, porcini mushroom, mortadella, Parma ham, salami, prosciutto, pork chops, red wine, and a flavourful pork stock made in-house with freshly butchered rib bones.⁣

The result is a lovely lovely super juicy sauce. We’re serving it as a Bolognese Bundle that includes:⁣

– 750g of fresh, homemade Bolognese sauce⁣
– 500g Liguori Mezzani Tagliati pasta
– 100g Parmigiano Reggiano ⁣
